I have had the good fortune of traveling all over the world. I have begun blogging late in life, but I do find that it is an interesting way to tell a travel story and to include some photographs and media. I blogged my Christmas 2010 Afghanistan trip. My first trip to Afghanistan (in 1973) was well before blogging existed. In fact, I spent over six months on the road without a camera.
